Sugar is
produced from the evaporation of the juice that is
extracted from the crushed cane. India is the
highest consuming of sugar and 2nd
largest producer of sugar after Brazil.
We
developed the process in-house. This sugar is
sparkling white and pure and sold under own brand
name as RIGA SUGAR.
Scientifically, sugar loosely
refers to a number of carbohydrates, such as
monosaccharides, disaccharides or oligosaccharides.
Monosaccharides are also called "simple
sugars," the most important being
glucose.Almost all sugars have the formula CnH2nOn
(n is between 3 and 7).
