Role Overview
We require a certified Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) to manage high-pressure boiler operations, steam distribution, and cogeneration turbine systems supplying power to the mill grid and state electricity distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and oversee high-pressure boilers (87 ata / 110 ata) and high-efficiency multi-stage steam turbines.
• Manage water treatment plants (DM plant, RO plant, boiler water deaeration and chemical dosing).
• Ensure continuous compliance with Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR), state pollution control boards, and electrical inspectorate norms.
• Lead preventive maintenance routines, tube thickness testing, vibration analysis, and annual overhauls.
• Maximize cogeneration electrical output exported to the national green energy grid.
Qualifications & Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering + BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) Certificate
