Chief Sugar Technologist / Production Manager
Lead complete sugar factory operations, juice clarification, multi-effect evaporation, vacuum pan boiling, and crystallization to ensure top-grade refined sugar recovery metrics.
Distillery & Bio-Ethanol Plant Incharge
Manage distillery operations producing fuel-grade anhydrous ethanol, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), and Rectified Spirit with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) compliance.
Boiler & Cogeneration Turbine Engineer
Operate and maintain high-pressure bagasse-fired traveling grate boilers and extraction-condensing steam turbine generators for green captive power export.
